SHOKUPAN

Loaf of Shokupan Bread

Our premium white loaf bread shokupan is made of fresh cream, butter, honey, alkaline ionized water, and the finest Japanese blended flour. The ingredients make for a soft, light, and slightly sweet combination in texture and taste.

Shokupan is best enjoyed freshly baked on the first day of purchase.

On the second day, the water content will decrease, while the bread settles and the sweetness increases.

The third day, Ginza Nishikawa recommends toasting the bread so that the crust is crispy, and the inside remains soft and chewy.

A shokupan loaf is (9"x4"x4").
